After a Long time any news was published by Speak Asia Official blog it says

According to the Blog which is know "Speak Asia Online Company Blog "
have published a News related to a WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO(s). 383 OF 2011 in Supreme Court .
"As is the stated position of the company, SAOL 
will extend all the support required in executing this 
directive of the honourable Supreme Court and will 
actively work towards re-starting its suspended 
operations at earliest opportune moment.

According to us speak-asia-fraud.blogspot.com its Very Strange :
1st Strange Thing :The news regarding Court Verdict comes on 6 Feb 2012 at 1:00 many news publishing website have also published the news on this case but after 2 days . This Blog Admin gets Remember to Publish any thing related to this case .


2 Strange Thing : It says " Company was going to restart " but whole thing which is published on Supreme Court website is Totally different ..

According to this EOW which is Respondent No-6 in this case will Provide a Print Outs of Data of those peoples which are having Dues on Speak Asia Online Company basically R.C. Lahoti comaite wants to 
know " How Much amount is DUE and Payable to the Petitioners and other parties ?" 
Further it says " We ( R C Lahoti Commite ) direct the concerned respondents ( Means Speak Asia Company ) to deposit the money with Supreme Court Registry .



स्पेअक एशिया के दवार चलिए जा रहे एक ब्लॉग पर ८ फेब्रुअरी २०१२ एक खबर छापी हैं उसके अनुसार कंपनी दुबारा से शुरू होने वाली हैं ..  पर इस सबसे हैरान करने वाली येः बात हैं की इसके बारे में सुप्रेमे कोर्ट का कथन तो ६ फेब्रुअरी २०१२ को ही आ गया था और उसके अनुसार भी सुप्रेमे कोर्ट ने सिर्फ इतना कहा हैं की EOW मुंबई प्रिंट आउट निकल के सुप्रेमे कोर्ट की र C लाहोटी सिमिति के सामने रखे उसके बाद स्पेअक एशिया ऑनलाइन को बताया जायेगा की कितना पैसा जमा करिया जाये.. लेकिन सुप्रेमे कोर्ट ने अपने कथन में कहें भी स्पेअकसिया कंपनी के बिज़नस को शुरू करने या स्पेअक एशिया कंपनी  के वापिस के बात नहीं कही हैं ..

हमेशा से स्पेअकसिया कंपनी यह कहती आई हैं

" क्रपा न्यूज़ को पर्मिनता जानने के बाद ही उस खबर पे यकीं करे .. पर अब जब सुप्रेमे कोर्ट ने जो कहा उस पर यकीन न करे ?
