Mr. Nayan Khandor was 13th Person arrested in case of Speak Asia Online Pte. Ltd by EOW Mumbai on Friday 31st September 2011 From His Office in Dadar .

On 1st Decmber 2011 : Mr. Ashish Dandekar arrested for Enquiry by MUMBAI EOW.
Now the case hearing is on 7th December 2011.
In a Another news By AISPA : Announce that Association has filed a WRIT in the Hon’ble Mumbai High Court against the atrocities of the EOW and hope the same will be heard ASAP. The commissioner had been summoned in lieu of a PIL filed by Andheri resident Rajmani Shukla (60) through advocate Vinod Chate in June. Shukla had contended that SpeakAsia had defrauded more than 50 lakh people to the tune of several thousand crores.
