We ( speak-asia-fraud.blogspot.com ) congrats all Speak Asians for logging in speak asia website again . On this All India Speakasia Panelist Association was also reacted as “This is a wonderful surprise, because for the last five months we have not been able to log into our website and see our RP’s. "

But According to our information SpeakAsia Login Error 21 August 2011 in month of august 2011 their was strong protest by speak asia panelist to get back Speak Asia Company. If We Calculate from 21 August 2011 till today 8 November 2011 it’s less then 4 Months when website is in the hand of EOW Mumbai.

Speak Asia Online Website by Which Speak Asia Member Login to Do Survey and Other Works. Its Start Showing the Error of Database is full. This Type of Problems are faced when a database website have reached its limit of database this error can be corrected by allocating more space for the database area.

This  is  quite disappointing that  till now  the company  has  not  received  website...I talked  to authorities of Speak Asia  ...they  told me that  till now we have not received The Website.....Crime Branch EOW  is  investigating the matter ..and for some time they  cleared the cache  memory  of  Website  and  now  it is operating  for  some  time...as EOW completes  his  final  verifications  it  will be  closed  soon..So no need to celebrate  ...we will  win  but  it  will take  time.

I received many phone calls yesterday, wanting to seek my confirmation on some meeting which had purportedly taken place between senior company officials in Mumbai.
I once again wish to bring to your notice, that I am the Secretary of AISPA and not part of the SAOL management. The company is not in touch with me, so I have no information what so ever about the internal happenings of the company.
If it is indeed true that such a meeting took place, then I think it is a positive movement and I don’t understand why we panelists should want to know of every small step of the company

As speak asia pannelist was aware that Mr. Tarak Bajpai who is also Known as " Tarak Sir " was arrested on 29th July from his house in indore by Ecnomic Offence Wing mumbai on the complaint of a speak asian pannelist named " Navneet Khosla ". According to Navneet Khosla on 17 Feb 2011 two Speak asia members visited and told about scheme and he was allegedly duped of the Rs 2.40 lakh.

EOW Mumbai have to submit a chargesheet in between 60/90 Days of Arrest but till 31 October their is no charge sheet have been submited .

according this news :

Police officials who are investigating the case said that it is a huge case and the investigation is spread over several cities. "We are going through a lot of documents and gathering evidence. Some arrests were made 3 months ago and we are preparing the reports. Our aim is to file a watertight chargesheet," n this case to do said inspector B P Shelke, chief investigator.

The police suspect that some of the accused involved in the fraud were also part of other multi-level marketing frauds. Police officer also told :  "We heard some of the panelists are returning money but it's more because they are afraid of police action or due to relationships with the victims," he said.
