जस्टिस रंजना देसाई और आर.वी मोरे की बेंच ने स्पीक एशिया और सिटी लिमोजिन जैसे फ्रॉड के संबंध में दायर की गई जनहित याचिकाओं 

की सुनवाई करते हुए यह निर्देश दिया। इस मामले में कोर्ट ने आर्थिक अपराध शाखा को दो सप्ताह में जवाब सौंपने का निर्देश दिया है।
